This process is key when capturing an Inspiration  page to copy it and place it on a separate document (i.e. PowerPoint).  To copy, after pressing the “Ctrl” and “A” keys, go to “Edit” and then “Copy.”

Open up document and go to “Edit” then scroll down to “Paste.”

Creating a Venn Diagram:

Ovals cannot create Venn diagrams, but you can create one manually.  On the formatting toolbar you will see an icon with a down arrow next to it.  Click on the down arrow and choose “Oval.”  Copy this process, and place your cursor next to the oval just created.  Then “Paste.”  You will then need to create text boxes: Click on the same icon when creating an oval, but this time choose “Textbox.”
