Registrar's Office/Transcript Information

Transcript Information

To receive an official, or unofficial, copy of your transcript, do one of the following: If you are a current student at N.H.S., stop by the guidance office and fill out a transcript release. Give the release, along with a $1.00, to the secretary, registrar or your counselor. If you need it to be mailed, please provide an addressed/stamped envelope, as well. If you are picking up an unofficial transcript, it will be ready in 24 hours for pickup. Note: We cannot hand anyone an official transcript - it must be stamped, signed, sealed, and mailed by our registrar. The transcript release form can also be downloaded by clicking on highlighted words.

If you are a former N.H.S. student, you can either come into the guidance office and fill out a graduate transcript release, or download the form and send with a dollar, and an addressed/stamped envelope to:

St. Charles North High School
Office of the Registrar
255 Red Gate Road
St. Charles, Illinois 60175

Note: The registrar cannot accept requests that are e-mailed or sent by fax.

*** Seniors, remember that you need to submit a transcript with your college application. After you graduate from high school, a final transcript must be submitted to the college you will attend. Both transcripts are your responsibility!
