What
is Mid-Valley Mid-Valley Special Education Cooperative is comprised of five northern Illinois school districts: Batavia, Burlington Central, Geneva, Kaneland, and St. Charles. Mid Valley works in collaboration with the districts to administer programs for students with autism, multiple disabilities, emotional disturbance, developmental delays, hearing impairments, vision impairments, and mental retardation. Additionally the cooperative provides social work, speech and language, physical and occupational therapy services for eligible students. Under
