Assignment
As a fifth grade student, you will be researching a question, or questions of your choice about the universe. In order to complete the assignment successfully, choose appropriate resources to find answers about the people, events. or theories you are studying. You will present the information you found using a PowerPoint presentation. The project will be graded on a rubric that will be given to you at the beginning of the assignment. Please refer to it often to determine if you have all the necessary requirements to get a passing grade.
The fifth grade teachers and the LRC Director will work with you to make sure you have all the necessary skills to complete the assignment. It is important for you to know how to use electronic and other sources of information to complete a research assignment before you go to Middle School.
