What Does the PTO DO?You're the Key Please accept our open invitation to participate in your childs educational experience by being a part of the PTO. Any time or talents you have will be a value to your child and to Anderson Elementary. The Parent Teacher Organization of Anderson Elementary works to support the staff, acts as a resource to the parents, and provides educational enrichment to the students through program funding and volunteerism. Every parent of a child at Anderson is considered a member of the PTO. There are a wide variety of opportunities throughout the school year for parents to become involved in PTO activities. Board meetings are held the second Tuesday of each month during the school year. The meeting dates are listed on the back panel. Parents are welcome to attend. HOW IS PTO FUNDED?
WHERE DO PTO FUNDS GO? This years budget funds a wide variety of
programs and events, some of which include: WHAT CAN I DO? Anderson is a school that embraces parent volunteerism.
The PTO helps to provide parent volunteers for many programs and

STEP? PTO MEETINGS: PTO meetings will be held the 1st Monday of each month (with the exception of September's meeting which will be on Tuesday, Sept. 4th) during the school year. Meetings begin at 6:00 pm in the teachers' lounge. Childcare is available for $1 per child. All are welcome to attend.
