Collective Bargaining Agreements and Salary Schedules

Many of CUSD 303's employees are in bargaining units represented by the Illinois Education Association. The collective bargaining agreements and salary schedules for these units are available for review and download.

 St. Charles Education Association (SCEA) - Educators and other certified non-administrators

Therapy Association of St. Charles (TASC) - Occupational Therapists and Physical Therapists 

St. Charles Transportation and Maintenance Association (SCTMA) - Bus Drivers and members of the Buildings, Grounds, and Maintenance Staff

Employee Benefits Program

CUSD 303 offers a comprehensive employee benefits program for its employees, including medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and a flexible spending account program. Additionally, employees participate in one of two retirement systems: Teachers’ Retirement System or Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund. Finally, employees can supplement their retirement benefits by enrolling in one of the many supplemental 403(b) plans that CUSD 303 makes available.
